ORDER CANCELLATION

REFUNDS

The product must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are not allowed for items purchased during clearance or sale unless we delivered the incorrect order.

Personalized or Custom Orders: Products that have been customized, personalized, or tailor-made for you are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check size and customization details before finalizing your order.

Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

You must return the item in its original, unused condition along with all original packaging and tags. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. -
Return Shipping:
Please ensure that the product is returned securely to avoid any damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
DAMAGED ITEMS & FAULTY PRODUCTS

You may be asked to provide photos of the damage to expedite the process. -
Faulty Items:
